This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed by Origin Promo. Third-party platforms and services may process information under their own privacy policies.

The information we collect depends on how you interact with us.

Information You Provide to Us

We may collect:

  • Contact information, such as your name, company or organization name, job title, email address, telephone number, billing address, and shipping address.

  • Quote and order information, including product selections, quantities, colors, sizes, decoration methods, requested delivery dates, shipping instructions, purchase orders, and transaction history.

  • Artwork and customization information, including logos, designs, photographs, names, text, brand guidelines, and other files or instructions you submit.

  • Payment and billing information. Payments are generally processed by Shopify or other payment providers. We may receive transaction confirmations, billing details, payment status, and limited payment information, but we do not ordinarily receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

  • Communications, including messages submitted through our contact form, emails, telephone inquiries, customer-service requests, claims, returns, and other correspondence.

  • Reviews and user-submitted content, such as ratings, product reviews, photographs, videos, comments, and responses submitted through Judge.me or another review service.

  • Marketing preferences, including whether you have agreed to receive promotional emails and whether you have unsubscribed.

  • Any other information you voluntarily provide to us.

Please do not include Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, financial-account credentials, medical information, or other unnecessary sensitive information in artwork, messages, reviews, or other submissions.

Review and Customer-Engagement Providers

If you submit a review, Judge.me or another review provider may process and display your review, rating, chosen display name, photographs, videos, and related information.

Reviews and public replies may be visible to other website visitors. Do not include confidential or sensitive information in a public review.

Analytics and Advertising Providers

We may disclose device identifiers, cookie information, IP addresses, and website-usage information to analytics and advertising providers, subject to applicable law and your privacy choices.

  5. Approximate geolocation information, such as general location inferred from an IP address and delivery locations provided for an order.

  6. Professional or employment-related information, such as company name, organization, job title, and business contact information.

  7. Audio, electronic, visual, or similar information, such as artwork, logos, photographs, videos, messages, or other files you submit.

  8. Inferences, such as product interests, preferences, or likely business needs inferred from your interactions with us.

  9. Sensitive personal information, such as account login credentials or payment-account information, where processed by Shopify or payment providers. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require offering a right to limit under California law, except as otherwise disclosed at collection.

We collect these categories from the sources described in Section 1 and use them for the purposes described in Section 2.

We will generally confirm receipt of a request to know, correct, or delete within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. We may extend the response period by an additional 45 calendar days when reasonably necessary and permitted by law, in which case we will provide notice.

We will process a qualifying request to opt out of sale or sharing as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 15 business days, as required by applicable California regulations.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 may permit California residents to request information concerning certain disclosures of personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes.

Origin Promo does not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes as defined by that law.

Financial Incentives

We do not currently offer a financial-incentive or price-difference program in exchange for collecting, selling, or retaining personal information. If we introduce such a program, we will provide the notices and choices required by applicable law.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for businesses, organizations, schools, teams, event planners, and adult purchasers. They are not directed to children under 13 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without legally required parental consent.
